Arnt Tore Valsvik

Arnt Tore joined the company early 2000 as HR Director Norway. He later on moved into a corporate role as Director Compensation and Benefits Europe and Asia before assuming the role as HR Director Alpharma API Division in 2005. Arnt Tore is also the Site Manager for the company's production site in Norway. Before joining Alpharma he was the HR Manager of WorldFish (an international research center for living aquatic resources management) in Manilla, Philippines.
Arnt Tore holds a Master of Business Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).
